Do you serve the prescribed information on behalf of your landlord? Are you a limited company?
If you have answered yes to the above questions, has the prescribed information document been signed in accordance with the Companies Act?
If not, you have not served the document correctly, meaning you could be liable for any resulting fine (up to 3 x deposit amount), returning the original deposit amount and you would also not be able to serve a valid Section 21 Notice.
